Dear Brothers and Sisters from RP
We are planning to hold a Myanmar Cultural Show in next year 2009. As you all know it's a very big event, we need a lot of time and afford to make it happens successfully. It is so obvious that it cannot be done by alone and we need all of your support and participations.
Firstly, we are planning to form a committee and seek advice from every one of you. Therefore, we have decided to have a meeting with all of you. So that I would like to invite all of you to attend this meeting and hope that all of you can spare a little time from your precious time for our great cultural show. Last but not least, we would like to have some advice and suggestions for our program. Thus, please do feel free to present any of your ideas and opinions.
We have very cheerful news to inform all of you. For our RP Thingyan, our only Myanmar teacher will be going to support. So now she booked a lecture room for us to hold a meeting. So now I will inform all of you the venue for our meeting. The new venue is
